Beautiful, luxurious residence "Les Terrasses de Nendaz", 5 storeys, built in 2022. 21 apartments in the residence. In the resort, in a quiet, elevated position, west facing position. In the house: sauna, hot tub (all included), lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Steep motor access to the house (ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop 450 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.3 km. Golf course 16 km, tennis 1.3 km, gondola lift 450 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 450 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Access to the underground garage by a car lift. Lift dimensions: width 2.50m, height 2.40m, length 5.50m.
