Small house "Stenfors". 6 km from the centre of Tingsryd, 50 km from the centre of Växjö, 500 m from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Rowing boat. 3 km long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, railway station "Växjö" 50 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 185 km, sandy beach "Tingsryd" 7 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. A rowing boat is available and located about 1 km from the house (1,6 km by car).
