Small, beautiful, simple apartment block "Balcon GB/FG". In the centre of San Agustin, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: lift, air conditioning. Bus stop "Clinica Roca" 550 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
