Schlechte Erreichbarkeit des Büros. Elektrische Toreinfahrt wurde uns erklärt. Elektrik defekt. Versuch mit dem Büro in Kontakt zu kommen- Fehlanzeige. Lies sich dann von Hand aufschieben- muss man aber selber rausfinden. Wohnung : gute Lage, gut eingerichtet, nicht alles was sauber, Geschirr usw. , Gebrauchsanweisung des Waschtrockners fehlte. Mühsam mit Übersetzungen im PC zu suchen und zu benutzen.

Alors que l'appartement en question est très bien situé, moderne, pratique et très bien décoré, la propreté laissait malheureusement à désirer (salle de bains pas propre, un oreiller taché, alèses carrément dégoutantes, poussière sous tables de chevet...). Dommage ! Par ailleurs nous suggérons de remplacer la machine à café actuelle encombrante et fonctionnant avec un système obsolète (Senseo), par une petite machine Nespresso beaucoup plus pratique (capsules compatibles disponibles partout).

Tolles Apartment. 50m zum Strand: diese Beschreibung hat nicht gestimmt. 50m zum Meer (Hafen) schon. Schade, dass die Stranddistanz nicht korrekt angegeben war. Das hinterlässt schalen Nachgeschmack an einem sonst wirklich großartigen Quartier.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments! Modern, hell, groß, in 10 Minuten am Strand zu Fuß. Besonders die Terrasse ist auch sehr angenehm. Schöner wäre es, wenn man die Betten nicht selber beziehen müsste.

Cela fait 20 ans que je viens à Kiberen et j’ai pris plaisir à y être pour une énième fois : en partie grâce à la location. Merci ! J’ai apprécié la présence de protèges oreillers et matelas jetables relatifs aux conditions sanitaires actuelles : merci ! Point noir : la propreté des lieux fait défaut. On a dû nettoyer pour se sentir à la maison et cela dès notre arrivée : ce que je désapprouve. Merci de rectifier ce problème. Un bel endroit l’est quand il est bien entretenu.

Le logement était spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Rien n'a été oublié par le loueur si ce n' est une pince à toasts à moins que l'on ne soit passé à côté. Pour finir une vue géniale sur Belle-Ile. Bref excellent séjour dans un très agréable logement.

Très bel appartement aménagé avec gout blanc et bleu, bonne literie, le garage est un plus pour les vélos, la proximité centre/port tres bien. Manque un peu d'accessoire cuisine comme un blender pour la soupe, des coquetiers ... manque 2 chaises hautes pour le plan bar cuisine ! TV un peu petite ....et serviette de sortie de douche ...nulle ! Un vrai tapis serait un vrai plus ! Le pot a eau électrique fuit.
