Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. 846-5306

House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1967. 200 m from the sea. Private: property 1'114 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km. Golf course 13.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hadsund

Cosy resort with 5'100 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, on a river (Mariagerfjorden), 45 km south-east from Ålborg, 105 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 15 km from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen gebucht. Nach einer Woche suchten wir uns auf eigene Kosten eine andere Bleibe (und haben es nicht bereut). Übel riechende Räume, überall Hundehaare, also ein allgemein sehr abgewohnter Zustand (z. T. kaputte Möbel, verdreckte Waschmaschine, keine Möglichkeit Kleidung in Schrank zu hängen, da dieser mit allem möglichen vollgestellt) ließen kein Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen! Für uns unverständlich, wie man ein solches Haus vermieten kann! Zusammenfassend gesagt: Unterschiedliche Ansichten (unsere Intervention gegenüber dem Büro vor Ort wurde nicht akzeptiert) über den Zustand eines Hauses ja, aber eines in einem solchen Zustand würden wir nie anderen Personen zumuten!

Das Ferienhaus war super toll. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren zusammen mit unserem Hund. Er hat sich in dem großen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt und die Nähe zu dem Meer ist perfekt. Abends konnten wir gemütlich den Kamin anmachen.
