Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (1 x 200 cm, length 210 cm). Wooden floors. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Beautiful, cosy, rustic single-family house "Rustico Andrea", 1'460 m a.s.l., renovated in 2019, surrounded by meadows. In the district Valle di Blenio, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 50 m from the edge of the forest, south facing position. Private: natural state property 600 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 250 m long very bumpy motor access (via unmade road). 250 m footpath to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 13 km, shopping centre 33 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Biasca" 31 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m. Nearby attractions: Negrentino, Castello di Seravalle, Museo Valle di Blenio, Archivio fotografico Donetta, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato di Bellinzona Sabato, Splash & Spa, Monte Tamaro. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Laghi di montagna Retico, Luzzone, Lago Ritom, Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Nara, Lucomagno, Valle di Blenio, Dötra, Centro pro-natura Lucomagno, Valle Malvaglia, Valle Leventina. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for children under 6 years. 390 - 1'400 m a.s.l. >>The Blenio valley runs from Biasca to Lukmanier. Lukmanier pass is sometimes closed in winter. Note: only with winter equipment. Infos under the telephone number 163. Clean water, imposing mountains, a variety of flora, romantic chapels, valuable frescos, 3 museums, patrician houses and rural hamlets are typical characteristics of the valley. From Malvaglia cable car up to Dagro (1413 m), where there is a sunny terrace with a wonderful view of the entire valley. In Leontica, a chair lift leads to the 2123 m of the "Nara'" heights, ski area in winter. Located in alpine parklands, Campra is the best cross-country skiing area in Ticino. Restaurants and the typical Grotti Ticinesi in Biasca, Malvaglia, Semione, Ludiano and Dötra. Winter and Summer Resort. Summer holiday resort. Access: motorway A2 Basel - Chiasso, exit number 44 "Biasca".

Summer

Walking, hiking trekking, mountain bike routes and bathing. Guided tours, riding, canyoning, climbing and paragliding. Mountain lifts, cableways, children's hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

In winter the valley Blenio is a must. Ski-region Nara/Campo Blenio/Campra. 2 chair lifts, 6 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 10 ski runs in the ski region, length 60 km, snowboard slope, snow park. Children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Further ski-regions: Airolo.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft und wunderbar ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Einziges Manko: die Zufahrt ist wirklich abenteuerlich und die Kuherde durch die wir mit Hund und Gepäck durch mussten um zum Haus zu kommen war nicht eingeplant.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wundervoller Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der letzte Weg zum Haus ist natürlich etwas beschwerlich. Aber so ist das eben mit den schönen Dingen im Leben.

Der Weg, nicht Zufahrt!, zum Haus ist recht abenteuerlich und die zur Verfügung gestellte Garette nur bedingt hilfreich. Sonst war das Haus und die Umgebung ideal für jemanden, der sich in idyllischer Ruhe erholen möchte.

Das Rustico Andrea ist zwar nur zu Fuss oder mit dem Mountain Bike zu erreichen, bietet aber mit Kühlschrank, Abwaschmaschine und Dusche erstaunlich viel Komfort

Ein wunderbares kleines Ferienhäuschen, sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einziges kleines Manko: Dass für die Anfahrt ein 4WD-Fahrzeug empfohlen wäre, hätten wir gerne vor der Buchung erfahren. Ansonsten aber absolut top, gerne wieder!!!

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und liegt an einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Ort. Als Naturliebhaber kann man Wandern, Biken, etc. und vor allem die Ruhe geniessen. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist allerdings nicht zu unterschätzen (sehr kurvige Bergfahrt und am Schluss sehr steinig und holprig). Das nächste Mal würden wir das Auto allenfalls sogar bei der Talstation in Nara parken.

Das stilvoll und komfortabel renovierte Rustico liegt absolut ruhig an traumhafter Lage hoch über dem Bleniotal. Ebenso ein Ort der Ruhe wie idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und anspruchsvolle Bergwanderungen. Ein Geheimtipp für Leute, die das Original schätzen und nicht direkt an der geteerten Alpstrasse logieren wollen.

Points positifs : Situation exceptionnelle, calme et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Point de départ directement depuis le rustico pour de magnifiques randonnées. Points négatifs : l'accès à la location n'est pas aisé (prévoir des sacs à dos et peu de bagages, car il faut laisser la voiture à plusieurs centaines de m.). Le rustico n'est pas adapté pour les enfants en bas âge (accès au dortoir par un escalier très raide). Pas de magasin aux alentours immédiats.

Ein wunderbares Rustico, super ausgestattet! Der Gepäcktransport von ca. 400m quer über die Kuhweide war schweisstreibend, sollte man wissen. Schade, dass für das schöne Cheminée kein Spaltstock, keine Axt und kein gutes Brennholz zur Verfügung stand.
