Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful, comfortable residence "Bellavista". In the resort Oropesa del Mar, from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Parking at the house. Shop 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, café, bicycle rental 1 km, bus stop "Caserna Guàrdia Civil", sandy beach "Playa de la Concha" 800 m. Sports harbour 3 km, surf school 2 km, tennis 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 30 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Oropesa del Mar

Tourist town located 20 km north of Castelló de la Plana and 13 km south of Benicàssim. Penyíscola, 65 km. Between the theme parks Port Aventura and Tierra Mitica, Oropesa del Mar is internationally known for its good climate, the natural beauty of its fine sandy beaches, coves and cliffs, for its gastronomy based on seafood, for the history of its monuments. To highlight, the marina and the picturesque old town. It is a town with a lively nightlife. Several events and festivals throughout the year: Moors and Christians in October, Fiestas Patronales in late June (the Sant Jaume, not July 25 as we put now), bonfires for San Juan Proximity to natural areas such as: Natural Park of Cabanes (5km), natural park of the Sierra d'Irta (40km), Salto de la Novia in Navajas (90km), Fuente de Baños in Montanejos (90KM). 00:04 2 M Ma "Mon séjour dans cet appartement de vacances a été tout simplement inoubliable. L'appartement est spacieux, très agréable, et les lits sont d'un confort exceptionnel. Le lieu est calme, idéal pour se reposer, tout en étant proche des commerces et des restaurants, et pas trop loin de la plage. L'accueil a été génial, je vous le recommande fortement. Je me suis senti comme à la maison, avec la climatisation et tout l'équipement nécessaire
