5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Fußboden und Bad war nicht richtig gereinigt. In Dusche und WC überall Haare,sowie auf dem Boden in der ganzen Wohnung. Dies war jedoch das kleinere Übel.Es war jede Nacht schreierei auf Fußgänger Zone (Partyfolk),sowie ab der zweiten Woche auch im Haus in einer anderen Ferienwohnung (jede Nacht von 0 Uhr -5 Uhr Party) .An Schlafen war da nicht zu denken!! Vergleichbar mit El Arenal in Mallorca.Aus diesem Grund sind wir auch zwei Tage früher als geplant abgereist.Urlaub stell ich mir anderst vor

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden und der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die Ausstattung mit Kochutensilien. Da wir das bereits in anderen Bewertungen gelesen hatten, haben wir unsere Pfanne und Messer etc. selbst mitgebracht. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Induktionsherd. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht! Wir haben die Wohnung in einem schmutzigen (vom Vorgänger!) dreckigen und versifften Couch ect. übergeben bekommen! Bis auf das Lavabo ist nichts erneuert oder mit Liebe gepflegt worden! Auch Küchenzubehöhr war grosse Mangelware. Toll ist die Aussicht vom Balkon (aber auch hier billige Plastikstühle mit Möwenkacke drauf) Im Bad ist überall Schimmel! Wir würden es nicht wieder mit Kindern buchen!!

Appartement très bien situé mais les prestations étaient moyennes . Le ménage laissait à désirer surtout en ce moment avec les règles sanitaires. Nous avons eu des Problèmes d’électricité toute la semaine, pas assez de puissance au compteur.

Séjour très agréable, tout à proximité. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Manque juste un fer à repasser. Petit point négatif : nous avons constaté des coupures de courant tous les soirs de 19h a 20h à peu près.
