Very large, very beautiful villa "Marques", 2 storeys. In the district of Marquesa VI, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 5.3 km from the sea, 5.3 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.7 km, restaurant 2.8 km, sandy beach "La Marineta Cassiana" 5.8 km. Surf school 5.8 km, sailing school 5.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum.
