Large, modern, beautiful terraced house "Limon", 2 storeys. In the resort El Vergel, from the sea, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (13 x 7 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace. Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant, bar 350 m, sandy beach "Les Deveses" 650 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. For arrivals by plane: airports Valencia-Manises (VLC) 110 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km. pas mal mais attention à la précision de l'annonceFabien J.

Annonce légèrement trompeuse, pas de CLIM sur la chambre à l'étage .(seulement un ventilateur, soit disant avec une fonction clim mais faux cela souffle du chaud et avec un bruit fracassant qui empêche totalement de dormir avec). Pas d'accès direct à la piscine, il faut passer par le trottoir public. Des traces sur tous les murs très bel accueil des employés d'INTERHOME PEGO.

La villa était super belle on était très très bien heureusement avec cette chaleur qu’on avait la Clim au mur. Dommage que la Clim à l’étage n’était pas la même mais sinon rien a dire on avait un super confort. C’est la deuxième fois avec interchalet et je regrette toujours pas bien au contraire et ça ne sera pas la dernière que je passerais par eux pour mes vacances.
