La casa è molto trascurata, sporca. Siamo stati accolti da una invasione di formiche, tanto che ho filmato il tutto, il frigo con lo sportello rotto! Ich war schön öfters in diesem Haus. Nicht weil es mir so gefällt, sondern weil es billig ist und eine gute Lage hat. Für uns als Motorradfahrer ausreichend, denn wir brauchen das Haus nur zum Schlafen. Die Ausstattung ist mangelhaft und vieles ist nicht mehr richtig funktionsfähig. Dieses Jahr mußten wir auch eine Kaffeemaschine kaufen. Das Haus gehört wirklich einmal generalsaniert (z.B. Küche). Ob wirklich refelmäßig eine Qualitätskontrolle gemacht wird wage ich zu bezweifelt.

Lage und das Haus selbst ist gut. Aber gibt kein Parkplatz (!), obwohl in Beschreibiung da steht. In der Strasse ist schwierig zu parken, besonders an Wochenenden ist fast unmöglich. (Also am WE nicht wegfahren einzukaufen!) Ausstattung ist extreme schlecht. Wir haben 2 Gläser für 7 Personen gefunden... Küchenzeugs/Geschirr/Geschirrtrockner klebend fettig und schmutzig. Seit 17 Jahren sind wir in Costa Rei jeden Sommer, aber die Ausstattung des Hauses war echt Tiefpunkt. Vielleicht für jemanden die nicht mit Kleinkinder kommt (muss nichts in der Küche machen) und wichtigste ist die Lage, für denen ist eine gute Wahl.

Das Haus ist in Ordnung aber die Möbel, Couch, Betten, Bäder etc. sind alt und schmuddelig. WC Deckel Defekt, Dusche zu alt, einfach alles. Zuwenig Tassen und Besteck vorhanden. Die Töpfe billig und schlecht. Klimaanlage im Flur und wenn man die Schlafzimmer Tür zu macht hat man keine kühle Luft, da die Klimaanlage im Flur ist. Das heißt, Tür von allen Schlafzimmern offen lassen und das Schnarchen von den anderen Personen in Kauf nehmen oder zu machen und schwitzen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkungen. Der Vermieter bestätigt uns, dass er Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck überprüft und ersetzt hat. Der Toilettendeckel ist repariert.
