Apartment house "Gli Oleandri". 4 apartments in the property. 8 km from the centre of Nettuno, 5 km from the centre of Anzio, 57 km from the centre of Roma, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Private: property 150 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, railway station "Villa Claudia" 2 km, sandy beach 800 m. Please note: car not advisable.

Location Description Nettuno
