In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), heating available only from 15.Sep. - 30.Apr.. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking. All shops, restaurants etc. in Porlezza, 6 km. In the resort: post office. Waterfall. Sights Orrido di Osteno, Frazione Claino (borgo dipinto), Grotte di Rescia. Access: motorway A2 Milano - Lugano - Bellinzona, exit number "Lugano Nord" 27 m from Osteno. Then road N340 Lugano - Menaggio - Como. Access by train Milano - Lugano - Zürich / Basel. Railway station "Lugano" 21 m. Bus connection. Car ferry Cadenabbia/Como Lake - Bellagio / Varenna 20 km. Tremezzina/Como Lake 22 km. Milano 85 km.

Heel mooi uitzicht, maar je moet los per dag betalen voor de verwarming, je moet zelf de vloer dweilen en stofzuigen als je weg gaat. De eigenaar spreekt ook geen Engels dus erg handig is dit ook niet. Ik vind het best duur voor een appartement waar je vervolgens zelf alles moet schoonmaken en waar er nog kosten boven op komen. We hadden zelf beddengoed en handdoeken, anders kwamen hier ook nog fixen kosten bij kijken. Genoeg dat ik zelf een nieuwe handdoek set kon kopen…

Wir verbrachten 12 T. hier mit hervorragender Lage, eigenem Seezugang und je nach Situation sehr viel Ruhe. Wer hier hinfährt sollte wissen, dass in einer den anderen Wohnungen Fam. mit Kindern wohnen können und es entsprechend unruhig zugeht. Was Interchalet verschweigt, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus total eng ist (Auto MAX 220 cm breit). Weiterhin, das halte ich bei Interchalet für unprofessionell, spricht die Betreuung vor Ort NUR ital. Alles zusammen führt daher zur „3“. Eine „1-2“ wäre möglich

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Es gibt zwei Dinge die man beachten muss. Die Straße zum Haus ist sehr schmal. Das sollte man berücksichtigen und ein nicht zu breites Auto haben. Die Schlüsselübergabe war super nett und hilfsbereit. Man sollte vorher nur wissen das die Person weder Englisch noch Deutsch versteht. Wir haben es mit dem Google Übersetzer aber auch so geschafft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit grossem Garten direkt am See mit Grill. Einzig zu bemängeln waren Ameisen in der Küche, in der Gegend vom Spühltrog und Kochherd.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in dem Haus. Die ruhige Lage direkt am See ist wunderbar, direkter Zugang zum See. Der riesige Garten lädt ein zum Sonnenbaden oder Tischtennis.

ein kleines, ruhiges und sehr erholsames Plätzchen... die Umgebung lädt zum flanieren und entdecken ein Die Menschen im Örtchen sind sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten unsere Zeit in der ‚Pocetta‘ sehr geniessen.

Ein wunderschöner Ort bei jedem Wetter! Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Fenstern zum See, bzw. Park. Der Park, der Ministrand und zahlreiche Terrassen bieten zahlreiche Gelegenheiten, sich auf Liegen oder bequemen Gartenstühlen niederzulassen. Im Park mit seinen Palmen ist wunderschön gepflegt und einladend. Trotz Nordseite hatten wir im Mai den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Appartement hat eine gut funktionierende Heizung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The property is exactly as described and was spotlessly clean and K. could not have been more helpful in explaining all the details of the property. The view of lake Lugano is spectacular to wake up to each day and the shared garden area is perfect. The access is a little tight for a large car but ok once you are used to it. We will definitely return as both La Pocetta and Osteno village are true gems on the Italian part of the lake.

Erholung von der ersten Minute an! Schöner großer terassierter Garten. Schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den See. Balkon nach Norden gerichtet, morgens und abends Sonne, tags Schattenseite vom Haus, Wohnung heizt sich dadurch nicht so sehr auf. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Wer mit der kleinen Italy Espressokanne nicht klar kommt, kann sich ja eine french press Kanne mitbringen, Wasserkocher vorh. Zufahrt sehr schmal, f. VW Passat Variant ok. In manchen Orten aber noch schmaler. -)
