Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room in the entrance (3 hot plates, oven, microwave) with dining table, satellite TV. Shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Parking (fenced 4 cars). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The house has 2 separate kitchens each equipped for 4 persons and is therefore ideally suited for 2 families.

Balatonöszöd 10 km from Balatonboglár: Large house "Sunlight". In a quiet, sunny position, 720 m from the lake, 1 km from the beach. Private: large garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) lawn, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. Grocery 400 m, restaurant 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Riding stable 2 km.

Location Description Balatonboglar

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort directly by the Lake Balaton, 44 km west from Siófok, 45 km south-east from Keszthely. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Sailing, surfing. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Lage. Sowohl der Strand, als auch ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Auch die verkehrsmäßige Anbindung ist optimal. Das große Grundstück eignet sich perfekt für Familien mit mehreren Kindern. Leider lässt die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses sehr zu wünschen über. Es existiert nicht genügen Geschirr, oder es ist stark beschädigt. Der Gasherd ist defekt, die Betten sind eine Katastrophe, wie auch die Gartenmöbel in einem schlechten Zustand sind.

Unterkunft war in guter Lage: geräumiges Haus, großer Garten, Spielplatz nebenan, zum schön eingerichteten Strand ca 15 Min zu Fuß. Leider die Einrichtung war eine Sammlung aus der 70er Jahren, vor allem die Bette riechten nach Schimmel, Stühle, Tische, Couch... alles alt und am besten nicht anzufassen. Keine Wasserkochkanne, Gasherde nur bedingt anwendbar. Mit Shopping anpassen - kleines Geschäft in Balatonszemes aber besser sich in Spar in Balatonlelle zu versorgen.
