Location Description Balatonalmadi

Balatonmadi is a beautiful, picturesque bathing resort on the northern banks of Lake Balaton, ideal for a relaxing family holiday with children or an active holiday with friends. Quiet, family-friendly summer holiday resort directly by the Balaton Lake, 15 km east from Balatonfured, 15 km south from Veszprem, 110 km south-west from Budapest. In the resort: grocery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, folklore evenings, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage at 8 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 15 km. NB: A railway line goes along the lake (notoften used) - several of our properties are close to this railway line.

Summer

This area offers families child-friendly beaches with playgrounds, waterslides and pedalo hire. Beach, 1 km long, up to 200 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Waterpark "Annagora Balatobfured" in 15 km. Sports harbour. Sailing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Balatonudvari 25 km. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Summer tobbogan run in Balatonfuzfo 7 km. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. All equipped grass beaches on Lake Balaton can be used at a charge, there are however other unequipped beaches which are free.Furthersport activities in Balatonfured, 15 km: water ski and wakeboard, sailing school, sports centre. The "Annagora Aquapark" in Balatonfured provides fun for the whole family: pools, waterslides, cafe, cocktail bar, in winter wellness area with sauna andsteam bath. In the "Annagora Shopping Center" in Balatonfured: shops, restaurant, bar and disco. There is an extensive cycle route around the lake. The wine festivals in Balatonmadi and Balatonfured in August are also worth visiting.

Het is een 2 onder 1 kap.De woning is overal erg verouderd. Het is een gedeelde tuin. Dit was niet duidelijk aangegeven Je kan alleen op het balkon zitten in simpele plastic tuinstoelen. De parasol stelt niks voor. De woning staat vol met spullen van de eigenaar. De bedden waren erg slecht. Wij kregen hierdoor last van onze rug. De trap is gevaarlijk door het ontbreken van een leuning en bovenaan is het open, waardoor je goed moet oppassen dat je niet naar beneden valt ook Slechte deuren/klinken

Unterkunft benötigt dringend eine Renovierung sowie kleine Reparaturen. Eingangstüren und Grundstückstor sind nicht wirklich sicher. Sie lassen sich schwierig oder gar nicht verschließen. TV ist zwar vorhanden allerdings nur heimische Sender - kein SAT-TV. Positiv ist das die Unterkunft sauber war!
