"Meerzeit", 3-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Apartment house, 2 storeys. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Trassenheide, on a slope, from the sea, 300 m from the beach. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 210 m, bakery 1.5 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop 220 m, railway station 1 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 2.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 29 km, surf school 2.7 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 2.6 km.

Location Description Trassenheide

The seaside resort Trassenheide is a small, cosy holiday resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 30 km west from Ahlbeck, 4 km from Zinnowitz, 2 km from Karlshagen. All shops, restaurants etc. in Wolgast, 9 km. In the resort: shops, grocery, post office, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, wellness centre at 5 - 15 km. Wellness park Bernsteintherme 4 km. Trassenheide is one of the smallest seaside resorts on the island - quiet and a little dreamy like the countryside surrounding the town. Apart from the wide, fine sandy beach, its most famous sight is Europe's largest butterfly farm. Furthermore, there is entertainment for both young and old at the "Usedom-Park", the small children's fun park.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super ca. 500 m bis zum Strand Ruhig gelegen Strandnah Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Kleine Mängel Im Bad müsste die Dusche erneuert werden (schwarzer Schimmel) Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Danke für Ihre Meinung. Wir können versichern, dass die Silikonverkleidung keinen Schimmel aufweist und es sich nach gründlicher Kontrolle lediglich um eine gewisse Verfärbung handelte. Dennoch bestätigen wir, dass weiter Maßnahmen ergriffen wurden, diese Verfärbung zu eliminieren - um zukünftig Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt durch Einrichtung und Lage.mit dem Kinderwagen war es ein wenig umständlich, da nur eine Treppe zum Haus führt. Jedoch war sowohl ein Auto -als auch ein fahrradstellplatz vor dem Haus. Das war sehr praktisch. Inder Wohnung ist alles vorhanden.sogar 2 gefrierfächer und waschmaschine. Es könnte ein wenig sauberer sein. Hat aber nicht weiter gestört.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war top aber in der Ferienwohnung waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Überall Spinnweben und Spinnen. Die Ecken verdreckt. Der Küchentisch klebte. Im Kinderzimmer lag eine verschmutzte Socke. Leider nur 4 Terrassenstühle obwohl die Wohnung für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben ist und einer war auch schon kaputt . Auf den Wäscheständer konnte man auch nichts mehr drauf hängen, total kaputt. Sehr schade.

An der weißen Eckgarnitur im Wohnzimmer löst sich das Leder ab. 2 weiße Stühle waren defekt, wackelten und erschienen nicht standfest. Ansonsten kann man die tolle Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Alles war perfekt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
