For shared use: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Storeroom available. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, sandy beach 15 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Small village 15 km from the sea, in the countryside, 21 km east from Greifswald, 34 km north from Anklam. All shops, restaurants etc. in Wolgast, 8 km. Indoor aquatic centre at 25 km. Sights Skulpturenpark Katzow, Museumshafen Wolgast 8 km, Maritim Museum Peenemünde 26 km, Zoo Tierpark Wolgast 8 km.
