Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Tassimo) extra). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 10 m2, roofed, garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 2652 (roofed, 1 car), height 180 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Der bauliche Zustand der Wohnung ist mangelhaft. Dies betrifft auch die Außenanlage/Terasse, die heruntergekommen ist. Insbesondere das Bad war zum Teil verdreckt. Entspricht nicht dem Standard, den ich von einer Ferienwohnung erwarte.

L’emplacement est fantastique. Rez de chaussée et jardin très pratique avec de jeunes enfants. L’appartement par contre laisse à désirer. Il aurait besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur. Très sale dans les coins, en dessous des lits, etc.. Une rénovation minimum serait aussi nécessaire.Divan, lave vaisselle, literie, porte fenêtre, meuble de jardin, matériel de nettoyage, au bout de leur vie.
