Open loft with two beds + 2 mattress (for child). Sauna (electric), shower/toilet. Terrace, charcoal grill use on summer time. Car shelter with heating blug for a car, outdoor ski service room / storage. Two bikes. In the back yard has a children play ground. Child equipment: high chair and safety gates on stairs (up and down) Extra fee for pet. Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Note: Prices not includes final cleaning or linen. Bed linen and cleaning can be ordered at extra cost. Note: Firewood not included in the rental price Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
