Location Description Ringkøbing

Medieval town with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Naturkraft activities & experience, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Nice house with „Reetdach“. The whirlpool and the Billard room was an excellent opportunity to enjoy and spend time. All rooms ( especially kitchen and bathrooms) were fully equipped and clean. Walking distance to the sea and the fjord. Enjoyable nice area. We had a small issue with the drainage in one bathroom. This was solved within 60 min after notice (how fast amd great service!). We enjoyed the stay very much.

Dejligt og fredeligt beliggende hus. Og samtidig tæt på sommerliv. Vi har nydt det hele.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i det hyggelige bondehus, der er godt indrettet med 2 soveafdelinger i hver sin ende af huset. Det var helt perfekt når vi var flere generationer under samme sted. Husets køkjenafdeling er veludstyret og alt er pænt og velholdt. Haven og det udendørs spa var også et plus. Havet er kun en rask gåtur væk og skal man handle, er menu i Søndervig ikke langt væk, der er også flere restauranter. Sol og strand kan anbefales, de gav en perfekt service og kom så snart vi havde brug for det Vi havde lidt bøvl med internet samt en defekt støvsuger, begge ting blev ordnet stort set med det samme efter vi havde givet besked om det.
