House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1973. 1.1 km from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2, garden (fenced). Terrace (70 m2), children's playground (swing), parking at the house. Grocery 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hvide Sande

Busy fishing village and bathing resort with 3'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 23 km south-west from Ringkøbing. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Lyngvik Lighthouse 5 km, Kids' club Ald'i'leg.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2 km from the resort. Surfing, water skiing. Minigolf. Riding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

In der Küche fehlen Haken oder ähnliches zum Aufhängen von Geschirrtüchern. Man könnte an der Kücheninsel einen Bogen anbringen, um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Der Dosenöffner war schwierig zu bedienen.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einem sehr großen, komplett eingezäunten Garten (mit Rasen - kein Sand). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere da auch nicht am Komfort für die Gäste gespart wurde (u.a. Kissenauflagen für die Liegen und die Terrassenstühle, sowie ein großer Kugelgrill). Der kleine Kaufmannsladen ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass man morgens entspannt Brötchen holen gehen kann. Die Nebenkosten für 2 Wochen bei zwei Erwachsenen im Sommer beliefen sich auf ca. 65,-- EUR. Wer die Natur liebt, ist hier richtig. Die Hauptstraße hört man hin und wieder, je nachdem wie der Wind und die Wetterverhältnisse sind. Wir werden uns das Ferienhäuschen auf jeden Fall merken und würden dieses nochmals buchen.

Einen kleines gemütliches und schön gepflegtes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Top Ausstattung. Kamin heizt wunderbar. Im Schuppen befindet sich auch ein kleiner Gefrierschrank. Großer Garten mit schöner Rasenfläche, super zum spielen mit den Kindern. Der Kaufmann ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Vi lejede huset sommeren 21. Huset er pæn og vedligeholdt og der mangler bestemt ikke noget. Huset ligger så lækkert bag træer og med sol hele dagen på terrassen. Det er super lækkert med den lukkede terrasse og indhegnede have så man ikke skulle tænke på om ens hund rendte væk. Helt klart et besøg vær.
