Single-family house, built in 1969. 450 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 920 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (40 m2), barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. Golf course 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub bei herrlichem Sommerwetter, wir konnten sogar noch baden.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Ferie... Hartmut H.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus für 2 Personen mit bis zu 2 Kindern. Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Bad unserer Meinung nach etwas klein. Das Haus hat ein großes schönes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche in der es an nichts fehlt sowie ein sehr aufgeräumtes und gepflegtes Grundstück. Es hat einen schönen Wintergarten sowie einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder usw. Außerdem sind Spielsachen für Erwachsene und Kinder in sehr gutem Zustand vorhanden. Vom Haus sind es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes kleines gepflegtes Haus um den Urlaub zu genießen.

Der Wintergarten hat uns tagtä... Angelika N.

Der Wintergarten hat uns tagtäglich ein warmes Haus beschert. Während um uns herum schon die Kamine rauchten hatten wir wohlige natürliche Wärme. Für 2 Personen ein sehr gemütliches FH, es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Bad jedoch wirklich sehr beengt und klein, fast zu klein. Die Reinigung, wer auch immer diese vor uns vorgenommen hatte war sehr spärlich und das ist schade, darunter leidet sowohl das Mobiliar wie auch die Gebrauchsgegenstände. ( Herd, Backofen, Geschirr) Daher fehlt der 5 Stern unserer Bewertung.

Super Haus. Wir konnten uns mal richtig entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen.Sonne und Strand und auch der Eigentümer waren sofort zur Stelle bei Türschloss Problemen.Klasse Service. Weiter zu empfehlen. Kerstin und Uwe

Husk at tage ting med hvis det er en børne familie. Evt ekstra tøj da man ikke kan vaske tøj i huset hvilket er tåbelige.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter im Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, im Ferienhaus. Ein gut eingerichtetes, kleines Häuschen, mit einem tollen, großen Garten und zwei Terrassen. Wir haben dort richtig gut geschlafen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Obwohl drumherum Ferienhäuser sind, war es sehr ruhig.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus wurde sehr gut renoviert und ist sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden. Auch der Griller ist Top. ( außer der Wasserkocher fehlt immer noch ).Das Grundstück ist mit einer Hecke umwachsen, daher ist die Terrasse nicht einsehbar. Die Gartenmöbel Tisch und Stühle sind neu, nur leider ein alter Liegestuhl. Der wird sicherlich auch bald durch zwei neue ersetzt!!? Wir kommen sicherlich bald wieder.
