Single-family house, built in 1995. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'393 m2. Terrace (25 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Thisted

Small, busy town with 13'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 95 km south-west from Ålborg, 180 km south-west from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Thisted Brewery, Isbjerg, Nationalpark Thy 15 km.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Sea water outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 18 hole 16 km. Minigolf. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Vi havde dejlige dage i sommerhuset, da det efter godt 1 døgn var varmet op, temperaturen i stuen var 9 gr ved ankomst, så elmåleren havde travlt. Indretningen passede os fint, der var sofa-plads/ lænestole til alle 7. Et stort bryggers, hvor der var plads til vinterovertøj og -støvler og et veludstyret køkken, der manglede dog en stor te-kande/termokande. Sengene var gode.

Endlich einmal eine Sauna, die richtig heiß wird. Neopren kann perfekt unter der Terrasse oder im Carport getrocknet werden. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine von 1960 könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Tolles Haus, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Huset fremstår temmeligt slidt både ind- og udvendigt og trænger til en kærlig hånd. Ellers beliggende i stille og roligt område i udkanten af byen.
