Single-family house, built in 1970. 250 m from the sea. Private: property 2'500 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m. Golf course 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Thisted

Small, busy town with 13'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 95 km south-west from Ålborg, 180 km south-west from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Thisted Brewery, Isbjerg, Nationalpark Thy 15 km.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Sea water outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 18 hole 16 km. Minigolf. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Boligen var meget "slidt" og trængte overalt til en grundig rengøring/renovering. Sengetøjet særdeles uhygiejnisk, så vi måtte selv købe nye puder. Ovnknappen kunne kun anvendes ved hjælp af tang/svensknøgle. Det ene brushoveder virkede reelt ikke. I det andet badeværelse måtte vi re-montere bruseholderen. TV havde ingen kanaler (savnede brugsanvisning), hvilke også savnedes til saunaen. Regnvand trængte ind i udestuen, så tæppet fik en ubehagelig lugt. Møblement meget slidt, senge med tydelige gule "fugtmærker" (trods forsøg på at dække over disse med nye topmadrasser) osv. osv. Alt i alt en meget slidt bolig inde- og udenfor, der på alle parametre trængte til en gennemgribende renovering.

Dejligt, rummeligt og hyggeligt hus med god plads til alle. Virkelig god og fredelig beliggenhed meget tæt på stranden og hyggelige Klitmøller. Gode terasser rundt om huset med mulighed for sol/skygge/læ hele dagen.
