Single-family house, built in 1959. 50 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 750 m2. Terrace (30 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 200 m. Golf course 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Ein schönes ruhiges Haus am Hafen von Hof (Hals). Sehr ruhig gelegen, mit Blick auf das Vaffelhaus und den kleinen Hafen aus dem Wohnzimmer. Sauberer Strand innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Eisdiele mit super Eis in unmittelbarer Umgebung. 6 Kaffeebecher sind zu wenig für ein Haus das für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist. Die Küche ist aber sonst Top ausgestattet gewesen.

Bei der Ankunft fanden wir ein sauberes, gut strukturiertes und ordentliches Ferienhaus vor. Grundsätzlich fehlte uns nix. Eine Klimaanlage wäre empfehlenswert, da das Haus (Wohnbereich) viele große Fensterscheiben besitzt und der Innenbereich sich erhitzt. Auf den beiden Terrassen kann man gemütliche Stunden verbringen, sind aber Reparatur bedürftig (vorn stark beschädigt). Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Alles, wie Strand, Einkaufen, Restaurants etc., war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Hou(Hals) ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit relativ wenigen Touristen. Die nächst größere Stadt ist Aalborg, die viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten hat. Der Strand rund um Hou ist sehr feinsandig und flach und entsprechend für Familien mit Kleinkindern geeignet.Ferner gibt es einige Naturschutzgebiete.
