Single-family house, built in 1972. 150 m from the sea. Private: property 1'687 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (30 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Grocery 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Es war wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir waren immerhin schon das 8. Mal hier. Das Ferienhaus ist groß, geräumig, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum traumhaft schönen Strand einmalig. Radfahren am Deich ein Vergnügen. Wetter war diesmal etwas schlechter als in den Voraufenthalten, war aber kein Problem, da es viel zu Entdecken gibt und meist sind es nur kurze Intervalle an Schlechtwetter und dann scheint schon wieder die Sonne. Der nicht einsehbare Garten ist groß mit genügend Sonnen. und Schattenplätzen. 2 Liegebetten vorhanden, 4 Liegestühle. Die Auflagen sind allerdings ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten jeden Tag Besuch von mehreren Rehlein, das war irgendwie rührig -auch Muttertier mit zwei Kitzen- (leider haben sie aber auch alle Rosen abgefressen) Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden, ebenso Mikrowelle. Wer sein Brot gerne getoastet ist, muss Toaster mitbringen. Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls da (aber auch Wäscheständer und Wäschespinne). 3 Schlafzimmer im Haus, davon ein Doppelbett mit durchgehender Matratze, ein Doppelbett mit zwei Einzelmatratzen und ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Einzelbetten). Wir werden auch ein weiteres Mal wiederkommen.
