Single-family house, built in 1980. 800 m from the sea. Private: property 1'720 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (12 m2), parking at the house. Grocery 650 m. Golf course 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i det lille sommerhus med masser charme. Køkkenet var veludstyret, haven perfekt til leg og boldspil og en hyggelig terrasse. I fin gåafstand til stranden og Marielyst centrum. Vi kommer gerne igen :)

Sehr schönes Haus, toll ausgestattete Küche, etwas klein bei schlechtem Wetter mit Kindern, aber wir würden es wieder buchen!

Et dejligt sommerhus med en perfekt solrig terrasse. Gode værelser og ikke mindst gode senge. Huset ligger godt og roligt og der er en dejlig stor have med fine træer. Fin afstand til stranden og dejlig kort afstand til Marielyst indkøb og restauranter. Der kunne godt bruges en lille østvendt terrasse til morgen/formiddagssolen, men det løses ved at flytte stolene.
