Single-family house, built in 1967. 700 m from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (12 m2), parking at the house. Grocery 1 km. Golf course 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Das Grundstück war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Haus hat eine schöne überdachte Terrasse. Es ist funktionell und gemütlich eingerichtet, leider ist das Wohnzimmer ein bisschen dunkel. Im Haus gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank, nur Kommoden und Kleiderhaken. Der Schalter für die Fußbodenheizung im Bad ist sehr versteckt hinter dem Vorhang im Flur unter dem Boiler. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war alles ok. Das Haus war toll, der Strand super. Es war unser zweiter schöner Urlaub in Marielyst und wir kommen gerne wieder. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub suchen wir uns dann aber ein Haus in Strandnähe aus. Der Weg in diesem Jahr war einfach zu weit und wir mussten immer fahren. Dennoch hatten wir einen Superurlaub im sehr schönen und sehr freundlichen Dänemark! Liebe Grüße aus Wiesbaden Doris & Robert

ich habe eine sehr erholsame woche in diesen ferienhaus verbracht. es ist ruhig gelegen mit guten sichtschutz und auch nicht weit vom strand entfernt. für radfahrer sind die gesplitteten wege mit vorsicht zu fahren. der aussenbereich des hauses ist sehr schön. das wohnzimmer etwas dunkel und der bad bereich nicht sehr groß,aber durch das preis-/leistungsverhältnis sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben als erfahrene Dänemark-Urlauber (über 30 Jahre DK bereist) ein schönes, "hyggeliges" Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen unser "Eigen " nennen dürfen. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und somit auch sehr erholsam. Mit dem Service von Sonne und Strand sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Enkelt og helt ok sommerhus. Flott beliggenhet. Hyggelig med overdekket utvendig veranda. Der kunne man hygge seg med mat, selv om det regner kraftig. Det negative: Ble til tider invadert av maur. Noen må man forvente, men det ble plutselig mange av dem. Flueavføring på elektriske ledninger stort sett overalt, ikke veldig attraktivt! Dusjhodet falt av konstant, da holder ikke passer til denne.
