Single-family house, built in 1979. Private: property 1'800 m2. Terrace (38 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Løgstrup

Cosy resort with 2'000 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 3 km from the sea, 10 km north-west from Viborg, 22 km south-east from Skive, 80 km south-west from Ålborg. In the resort: grocery. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna at 10 km. Besides: pharmacy 10 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 km. Sights Mønsted Lime Pits 18 km, World Map park at Klejtrup 32 km, Hjerl Hede Open-air museum 37 km, Kids' club Barnens Paradis Skive 22 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Nørresøbadet 10 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Pebble beach, gently shelving, 3 km from the resort. Golf course 27 hole in Hjarbæk Fjord Golfcenter 18 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. At the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture. Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.

Dejligt sommerhus på toppen af en bakke. For man nemmest kan komme op til sommerhuset, fandt vi ud af at hvis vi kørte længere op af Svanevej og vendte rundt kom man nemmere op. Dejlig udsigt fra terassen over marker og dyreliv tidligt om morgenen. Der er ingen grill

Heerlijk ruim huis. Compleet ingericht en schoon opgeleverd. In het dorp zelf zijn weinig voorzieningen maar met een auto en/of fiets kan je alle kanten op.
