Single-family house, built in 2016. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 6'000 m2. Terrace (51 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Knebel

Small resort with 650 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 17 km east from Ebeltoft, 50 km north-east from Århus, 50 km south-west from Grenaa. In the resort: grocery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 17 km. Besides: pharmacy 17 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 17 km. National park Mols Bjerge 4 km, Sights Molslaboratoriet Natural History Museum 9 km, Glasmuseet Ebeltoft 19 km, Kattegatcenter Grenaa 45 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 34 km, Zoo Ree Safari Park 30 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland 30 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Begtrup Strand 5 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Kalø Golf Club 18 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Das eine Endreinigung immer noch optional gebucht werden kann ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Sie sollte Bestandteil jeder Buchung sein. Dann besteht hoffentlich die Chance seinen Urlaub nicht mit dem Putzen von Waschbecken und Dusche zu beginnen....

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Bad 1a, Wohnzimmer und Essbereich mit Fensterfront und Ausblick auf Meer. Küche wunderbar eingerichtet. Terrasse komplett überdacht. Nachbarhäuser in ausreichenden Abstand, so das Ruhe und Entspannung garantiert ist. Durch die erhöhte Lage ein phantastischer Ausblick auf das Meer und lädt ein den Schiffsverkehr nach Aarhus (ab und zu eine Aida :-) ) zu beobachten. Strand schnell und einfach zu erreichen, ist natürlich ein ein Kiesstrand, aber das sollte bekannt sein. Hatten mehrmals das Vergnügen kleine Schweinswale zu beobachten. Helgenæs natürlich eine wunderbare Ostsee Halbinsel

ein wundervoll ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Ausblick. sehr schöne, saubere Einrichtung mit Allem was man benötigt, super Betten. Wir waren schon oft in DK und dieses Haus würden wir sofort wieder nehmen

Fantastisk lækkert sommerhus med den dejligste udsigt:-) Kommer meget gerne igen. Lidt flere haveliggestole end 2 til et sommerhus med plads til 6, kunne være ønskværdigt:-)
