Single-family house, built in 1972. 300 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (40 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 4.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Aakirkeby

Small, medieval resort with 2'100 inhabitants, in the southern part of the island 3 km from the sea, 15 km south-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, bank, restaurant, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Aa Kirke. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 18 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km from the resort. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Kommentar an Sologstrand: Es wird eine Info-Mappe erwähnt,in der alle wichtigen Infos über das Haus erwähnt sind. Wir kennen das Haus,aber wenn jemand neu ist,wäre eine Infomappe sehr gut. Wir vermissten eine Anleitung zur Bedienung des Fernsehgerätes. Das Schloß der Eingangstür lässt sich nur mit exremen Herandrücken der Tür betätigen .Das sollte geändert werden. Die hintere Tür zur Terrasse enthält ein reparaturnotwendiges Schloss (loser Griff)

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie i sommerhuset. Sommerhuset havde alt hvad man havde brug for. Alt var rent da vi ankom. Flere dejlige terrasser rundt om huset. Et roligt område. Meget tæt på badestrand. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale huset og området👍

Vi havde en god ferie, Bornholm levede i den grad op til navnet "Solskinsøen" Vi var der i uge 26. Huset ligger fantastisk ned til den bedste strand, i et stille område. Indkøb ligger i køre-afstand. Cykler kan anbefales til området.

Das Haus liegt auf einem vom Weg und den umgebenden Häusern nicht einsehbaren Grundstück. Das Grundstück ist groß und gut gepflegt, sodass man viele Aufenthalts- und Spielmöglichkeiten hat. Ganz besonders sind zwei sehr große Terrassen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr besonders ist die Tatsache, dass zwei Aufenthaltsräume da sind, die getrennt genutzt werden können. Leider fehlen Liegen auf den Terrassen.

Schönes emütliches Haus mit viel Platz und wunderbarem Grundstück mit Kaninchen und Rehbockbesuch. Prima ist der kurze und schöne Fußweg durch den Dünenwald zum Strand. Hervorragend die zusätzliche Außendusche am Haus. Genau richtig, wenn wir vom Meer kamen. Wir haben sie bei dem schönen Wetter gerne der Innendusche vorgezogen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
