House "Boris". 250 m from the centre of Rabac, 5 km from the centre of Labin, on a slope, 40 m from the sea. For shared use: property 600 m2 with trees, public parking on the road. Shop 100 m, pebble beach 150 m.

Location Description Rabac

Rabac- small, busy, family-friendly complex and bathing resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 5 km west from Labin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 5 km.

Pebble beach, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, rowing. Tennis. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). 5 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, man hat einen tollen Meeresblick und man ist zu Fuß Recht schnell am Strand.

Ein wunderschönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf die Bucht. Sehr sympathische Vermieter, die sich wirklich kümmern. Unsere Tage dort werden unvergesslich bleiben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Rabac mit toller Aussicht. Wir hatten eine Woche dort verbracht. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Strand und die Promenade. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich!

Von der Lage im älteren Teil Rabacs bis zur sehr hübschen Einrichtung im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer - es hat alles gepasst. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm. Anfang April ist es in Rabac noch schön ruhig - allerdings gab es kein einziges geöffnetes Restaurant.

We highly recommend this cozy, comfortable and well-equipped apartment so close to the sea with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and the overall style of the appartment was lovely. We enjoyed walking to the nearby beach just a few minutes away. There are quite a few steps that take you from the appartment through the garden down to the beach, which is common in this area but could be an issue for people with walking trouble.

Zeer leuke locatie. Appartement zeer goed, mooie ligging. En vooral leuke en eerlijke eigenaars. Bed en badlinnen worden zoals afgesproken tijdig vervangen. Recent gerenoveerd, bijgevolg werkt alles perfect. Aanrader !!!

Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon.Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ideale Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Promenade mit mehreren Restaurants. Sehr nette Vermieter wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Das Apartment Boris, hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Nicht nur die Lage und der traumhafte Ausblick waren ein Highlight, sondern auch die Ausstattung des top renovierten Objekts. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert, alles ist da Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Reinigungsmittel.... Mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Toller Blick vom Balkon. Schöne Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber und Nachbarn. Zur Wohnung und Strand/Promenade führen mehrere Steile Treppenstufen, wo man auch sein Gepäck runter tragen muss. Nicht geeignet für ältere oder gehbehinderte Urlauber. Wenn man zu viert ist, etwas wenig Geschirr... Am besten für 2 Erwachsene plus max. 2 Kinder geeignet.
