Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Štinjan: Apartment house "Vivoda". 4 km from the centre of Pula, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. In the house: internet access. Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 600 m.

Location Description Pula

Pula - well-known, historical town with 59'000 inhabitants, in the southern part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 60 km south from Porec, 30 km south from Rovinj, 50 km south from Pazin. In the resort: shopping centre, shops, post office, restaurant, disco, night club, casino, concerts, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

TV muss erneuert werden.Steckdosen sehr lavendel sowie Kabel defekt. Sonst relativ Mücken ohne Ende, da kein Schutz an der Tür war. Herr R. war nett und verstanden es. Beurteilung zw.gut und befriedigent

Ich suche immer nach einer Unterkunft die einen Grill mit anbietet. Das Gerät was hier angeboten wird hat mit einem Grill leider nichts zu tun. Entweder einen richtigen anschaffen oder aus der Beschreibung raus nehmen. Ansonsten klein aber fein, Preis/Leistung ist gut. Sehr nette Eigentümer.

Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war sehr gut, so dass die Strände auch zu Fuß zu erreichen waren. Der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich und hat alles sehr gut erklärt. Dadurch, dass er sehr gut englisch spricht, war auch die Kommunikation kein Problem. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Аппартаменты тихие, уютные, чистые. Хозяин замечательный. Для двоих площади вполне хватает. До моря идти 7 мин., до пляжа 10-15 мин. Автобус до города Пула ходит один раз в час. Инфрастуктуры в городе больше нет.
