Pula - well-known, historical town with 59'000 inhabitants, in the southern part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 60 km south from Porec, 30 km south from Rovinj, 50 km south from Pazin. viele Mängel am Gebäude, Badezimmertüren ließen sich nicht verschließen, hielten teilweise nicht einmal im Schloss, ungenutzte Stromkabel schauten aus den Wänden mit zweifelhafter Isolierung, Stolperkanten auf dem Weg vom Pool zum Haus mit schlechter oder gar nicht vorhandener Beleuchtung, starke Beeinträchtigung der Nachtruhe durch kläffende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, versprochene Microwelle fehlt, Kaffeemaschine lief erst nach mehrfacher Entkalkung, total verschmutzte Toaster,

Danke für Ihr Feedback. Die Kollegen haben die genannten Mängel überprüft und wo nötig Maßnahmen ergriffen, um unseren Standard zu verbessern. Die Sicherheit und der Komfort unserer Gäste sind uns wichtig, die elektrischen Installationen und die Beleuchtung im Außenbereich wurden gründlich überprüft. Die Ausstattung, inklusive Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, wurde aktualisiert. Der Pool ist während der Sommermonate bis max. 22:00 Uhr möglich, solange Tageslicht vorhanden ist. Danach schaltet sich die Beleuchtung automatisch ein/ aus. Wir hoffen, Sie geben uns die Chance, Sie bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt von unseren Verbesserungen zu überzeugen.
