3-family house "Kuki". In the hamlet Kukci, 3 km from the centre of Poreč, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 50 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 8 km, railway station 35 km, rocky beach 3 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht,Dusche voll Schimmel,Kühlschrank total vereist,Schmutz und Spinnweben,Hundegebell den ganzen Tag und abends (Hunde im Zwinger).Vermieter ohne Intresse..Nie wieder.Sind auch vorzeitig abgereist.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten uns stets mit Fragen oder Sonstigem an die Famlie wenden. Im Garten durfte man von den Köstlichkeiten naschen und wurde bei der Abreise mit Selbstgemachten beschenkt, einfach grandios und unvergesslich!!!
