Large balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Parking (roofed, 3 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum occupancy 8 people! You live in the house alone, the ground floor is not rented.

621 - 1'250 m a.s.l. >>The district of Telfs stretches from Oberinntal to Mosern and is bordered to the north by the Hohe Munde (2662 m) and to the south by the Inn river. Inzing is situated 15 km away. Busy resort, 25 km east from Innsbruck. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities.

Summer

The touristic region of "Tirolmitte" counts as one of the most beautiful regions of the the Northern Tyrol due to it's sunny position and wooded surroundings. Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Mösern 15 km. Riding. Fishing. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes.

Winter

The central position of the touristic region is an ideal starting point for pure ski enjoyment on the most varied pistes. In particular, the Seefelder Plateau at 1200 m, Kuehtai at 2020 m, the Hochoetz ski resort, the Gruenberg in Obsteig on the Mieminger Plateau at 1000 m, the Axamer Lizum at 1600 m but also the Rangger Koepfl and many other ski resorts offer pure ski fun. Night skiing is also popular which is usually possible on certain days from 19.00 to 22.00. Ski-region Seefeld 10 km, total of 29 lifts. Ski school, children's ski school. 250 km cross country ski tracks in the region. Ice rink.

Also wir waren zum 2.Mal Gast in dieser Ferienwohnung, wir wurden nett Begrüßt , erhielten aber leider keine Welcome Card Alles ist zweckmäßig und für einen einfachen Urlaub ausreichend , aber leider vieles sehr veraltet und Beschädigt Im Bad in Dusche und Fliesen Schimmel Es gibt viele Betten in ausreichender Größe aber leider lässt sich in diesen schlecht schlafen, da die Matratzen durchgelegen sind das Baby Beistellbett ist beschädigt sodass wir unseres mitbringen mussten

Spacious house in a great location. House needs a few repairs and updating. However the cost of the rental was a very good value compared to other rentals in this area of austria. Attentive owners and were available to help.

Appartement Hopperger is een ruim appartement met leuke kamers, geschikt voor 6 volwassenen. Er waren 2 koelkasten om te gebruiken en een rommelhok voor o.a. de was te drogen. Jammer echter dat het niet goed onderhouden wordt: toiletdeur kan niet op slot, afvoeren lopen niet goed door, buitenramen sluiten niet, deuren klemmen etc. Ook de vaatwasser is zeer oud en functioneert niet goed. De bedden zijn matig. Het keukengerei was oud en van slechte kwaliteit. Kasten waren gerepareerd met ducktape.

Wat gedateerde inrichting, maar dat zie je vaker ik Oostenrijk. Nagenoeg alles wat je nodig hebt zit erin. Lekker ruim met twee badkamers en nog een apart 2e toilet. Ideaal voor 8 personen. Wij hebben een gezellige topvakantie gehad.

Leider fällt meine Bewertung nicht besonders gut aus. Negativ 1. Kein W-Lan 2. Sehr lauter Straßen und Zugverkehr 3 Nachts das ständige Glocken läuten Positiv Sehr große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung Inntalradweg und einen sehr schöne Landschaft

Essgelegenheit nicht ausreichend für die mögliche Personenanzahl. Bei voller Belegung wird es sehr eng. W-Lan wäre heutzutage eigentlich als standard wünschenswert. Zumal die Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern oder Jugendliche gut wäre. Mehr Auskunft oder Tipps der Vermieter für Aktivitäten wären wünschenswert.

La maison offre un très grand espace et beaucoup de calme. Le propriétaire habite à proximité et reste disponible sans être envahissant. Endroit idéal pour le vélo (du très plat au très escarpé) et la randonnée en montagne.

Deze vakantie hebben we met veel plezier in appartement Höpperger gezeten. Het appartement is geschikt voor 8 personen, al is de zitruimte in keuken en kamer dan wel wat krap, maar dat is creatief op te lossen door zelf wat te schuiven met tafels en stoelen. Er is genoeg bewegingsruimte voor 8 personen en ook de slaapkamers zijn ruim. Het ontvangst door de eigenaar is gastvrij en hartelijk. Een aanrader is het Freibad in Mutters waar je met de Gastencard naar toe kunt met 50% korting.

Prima vakantiewoning met veel ruimte, welke ligt op 20 minuten rijden van de skigebieden van Seefeld. Interieur is wel wat gedateerd maar voldoet goed. Het enige dat ontbrak was een wifi. De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij zouden deze woning zeker willen aanraden.
