Quiet resort, 40 km from Kazimierz Dolny. For arrivals by plane: airport Warszawa (WAW), Kraków (KRK). In Krzemionki (15 km) - Archeoligical Reserve with neolithic silex mining, one of the largest in Europe. Crossing the VIstula river by ferry (everyday service). Nature reserve with numerous stork nests and some vanishing bird spieces, e.g European roller. Beautiful landscapes and scenery for plein-air painters.
