870 m. >>Embrunais comprises 8 municipalities: Embrun, Baratier, Chateauroux, Crevoux, Crots, St Andre, St Sauveur, Les Orres City and winter sports resort with 6'700 inhabitants, 140 km from Grenoble, 200 km from Marseille. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, concerts, museum, cinema, attractions. Access: railway station "Embrun". Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Grenoble (GNB) 140 km, Nice (NCE) 210 km. The former archiepiscopal town is also known by the name of "La Nice des Alpes".
