1'275 m. >>The Kaunertal municipality comprises hamlets, the largest of which is Feichten and begins near Nufels and stretches for 4 km to Grasse. The formerly poor, agriculturally structured towns have received an economic boost through tourism. Each town has either a church or chapel. The "Talmuseum" in the square is worth a visit. The towns are interconnected via an extensive network of hiking routes. There is a magnificent cross-country valley ski run between the towns in winter. The glacier can be reached comfortably via the grand panoramic route by ski and hiking bus. Hamlet, 23 km from Landeck. In the resort: supermarket, grocers, bakers, bank, bar. Indoor pool, fitness centre. Access: railway station "Landeck" 23 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Innsbruck (INN) 75 km.
